Over the recent years western spirituality has shifted from the lens of "I am human having a spiritual experience" to "I am spirit having a human experience." How then, do we optimize our spiritual essence in the physical world? 

Lauren will lead a series of Qigong, Acupressure, Guided Imagery, and Transformative exercises so that participants can experience the magic, mystery, and practicality of their spiritual selves. 

This presentation provides an embodied connection with Qi and personal empowerment. Amplify your ability to sense and play with Qi and learn to navigate everyday aspects of life, while cultivating your Inner Healer.

Lauren is adept at bringing out the inner healer that lives within each of us. A self-described “Energy Muse,” she skillfully guides her clients and students to play in the metaphysical realm with a sense of fun and practicality. A trained Acupuncturist, Asian Bodywork Therapist (Acupressure, Shiatsu, Tuina and Qigong), Integrative and Transformative Life Coach and Hypnotist, she easily and playfully shares her vast knowledge with clients and students, supporting their path to thrive and prosper.
